Average turn around on the standard setups is roughly 6-8 weeks. The PT88 is an easy swap for the TC78. It does carry an additional $500 to the price for the diffrence in the Down Pipe size. I can squeeze a 4" DP the same route as the standard TC78's 3" DP but it is tight. If you choose to do a BMR Turbo K-member is makes it alot easier. Its not a have to kinda thing though.

Any horsepower difference between manifolds and headers? Or is it more for the ability to customize the pipe routing?

Hey Josh its been a while. Just wanted to add that you should sell the ac kit you made for me. Its the c6 manifold on the pass side and truck manifold on driver side. Ive had this kit up and kicking *** for almost 2 years and about 10k of chicago city driving and drag racing. I love this kit. I consider damn near a factory installed option. keeps the ac and could be pretty cheap because of the factory manifold. I put down 675whp through an auto,9inch mustang dyno at 15psi no meth pump gas on the tc78. just a thought,i think you will sell the **** out of those.

Manifolds are more Function over form than Headers. As far as a HP differnence. Its non existant at best under 1500rwhp. Headers allow for more freedom to keep A/C and such.

Glad to see that setup is still kicking ***. I only built 2 T4 and one T6 A/C setups around the C6/6.0L manifolds. I found it easier and more cost effective for the end user doing going with the headers. There is less fab time with the headers over that style manifold setup. Less Fab Time = Less Cost.

Josh, you ever have any problems on street cars with the SS mani's cracking? I know thats one of the main reasons why I wanted to go with the cast truck mani...I fear the constant heat cycling will crack an SS mani after a while.

I havent had any issues with cracking with properly built componets.

Wish I had the dough for one of those T-4 Truck Manifold kits. Might just switch from a procharger to turbo! Kits look SICK!

Forgot to ask as well, how hard is it to change plugs with those SW turbo headers?

I run the Plug wires under the headers and relocate the coil to under the Cowl area. It personal prefernence for me. Makes wire routing and plug changes easy.

Any reason to send the gt88 down pipe out the drivers side verse the passanger? Does it have to do with A/C or K-member selection? I don't think I realised how large that turbo really is.

PM's have been sent to those that asked for pricing past what was listed.

The 4" DP is easier to route down the passenger side on the headers when A/C is not used. The only times I go over the drivers side is when I am doing A/C setups.

Josh is very tedious and takes his time with each build. The whole idea with the Jig setups will be to streamline the build process. Each kit has been superb and he knows the ins and outs of each setup. He spends hours on end talking on the phone and sometimes even neglects his family to go the extra mile. It's hard to sell kits, provide tech support, and fab up kits day in and day out. I can say one thing as I've been close friends with Josh for a long time, if you're not happy with something he goes the extra mile to make sure you're happy with the purchase.

I have wanted a kit on my car for years, but it just doesn't ever seem to be the right time. We're all faced with economic stress, but Josh has kept the price of his kit nearly identical since he opened with the only addition being the added cost of higher steel. I'm glad to call Josh one of my best friends and he's bent over backwards to help me MANY TIMES. Rest assured that you will be in good hands.

It takes a lot of gumption to stop making sales to get caught up with things. I've been in the LS1 game for years and seen many shops continue to take orders to pay shop bills to keep open for as long as possible and for many people to be left in the cold without products. My hat was off to him for making that choice and as he opens back up to taking orders he will make sure he does not go too far and get backlogged. I know from experience that you get what you pay for.
