Garrett GTX billet wheels?
Does anyone know much about them? Are they that much better than the standard wheels? Can they be added to older turbos? I see they are available for the GT3582s. Thanks

From ATPTurbo's site:
** GTX turbos use same turbine housing as GT turbos and turbine housings are sold separately.**
They show about a dozen different turbine housings that also fit the GT3582r's but no options for the compressor side. The GT3582r has 2 or 3 compressor options so I would think that the GTX version has a unique compressor housing.
You could give them a call to confirm.

I can re-wheel any Garrett turbo you have. The GTx wheels are nice and fairly cost effective. I have LOTS of choices on Garrett Direct replacement stuff. Some off the shelf, some custom.
