Need some front mount IC ideas?????
Need some front mount IC ideas????? I'm changing my twins over to a single front mount and I'm looking for some ideas and pics of what you guys have already done. I'm not sure what all I have to cut out and what I can keep. What size can be fitted in the f-body without a lot of cutting? Don't want to hack away the car. Has anyone kept some of the Styrofoam support under there nose piece.
im in the process of building my turbo kit, i ended up cutting out the crushbar the size of the intercooler..(well a little wider then the intercooler) but leaving it bolted in at the ends..left the top part that goes acorss in tact though so i can bolt the intercooler to that. drilled a couple holes, and mounted my intercooler to it.i did not utilize the styrofoam either..
Thanks for the reply Jay. Clean looking setup. I was hoping to try and save some of the Styrofoam for support for when I or someone leans over the front of the car. Not sure it that is really gonna happen but that is what I was thinking.
