KP experimented with different hats on his T/A years ago. If I remember correctly he found more power on the dyno with different hats but track mph was never affected. He was running in the 8.80 in the 1/4 range with the stock ProCharger inlet hat with an F-1A. He got his car into the 8's with a D-1SC too. He did use a larger air filter and had made a little spoiler to direct airflow to the filter. Bob

from what ive read on here the stock inlet hats from procharger restricts air flow proven from dyno #s gaining more horse power without a filter on the inlet and using different inlet hats some people have made their own i want one made for my lt1 motor
