Question Budget Turbo Engine Buildup

Okay, So I have a spare LS1 out of an 04 GTO with 33k miles on it. Very clean. Very tight engine. That car now has a 402 in it.

On the LS1, what I'm planning is to attempt reliable boost with minimal expenditure. This engine is to get me through either this coming summer after/if I pop my factory 151k miles LS1 until I get my 402 done.

I want to run 15 psi of boost on the engine I'm building boost specific (LS1) So...

Head studs: should I use...
A.) ARP's (300$)
B.) Ebay Studs (80$)
c.) other?

Head gaskets: should I use...
A.) Parts store MLS's out of an LS2
B.) LS9's from GM
C.) Other?

What other mods should I consider? The 241 heads are already ported nicely, and I'm running a ported LS6 intake, using the LQ9 DIY setup with an ebay intercooler and a .88 A/R 76mm turbo (cheapo) until I can afford the turbo I want. dual walbro's already in place, 1/2 feed, stock line as my return, 60#'s with MAST rails.

I know I'm going to get a lot of different responses with different opinions, and thats what I'm looking for

Upgrade valve springs
ARP head studs

If you can swing it...
H beam rods
Pistons(9.5:1 CR)

Oh and its usually cheaper to do it right the 1st time than blow it up and try to salvage parts.

I say sell it and put the money towards the 402. It's worth more now than if it has no #7 piston.
