Aps twin turbo?

Aps twin turbo? I really want to do the Aps twin turbo setup, but every one I see they have the fog lights out to provide better airflow. Is this necessary or is there any other way to get good air flowing to the aircoolers? I refuse to take out my foglights as it is the on reason I bought a Trans am...
