I'm suggesting a 4400-4600. Does not effect driveability at all. Actually just looked at a log and at full boost 21-22 psi mine flashes to about 5500 as soon as I let go of the tbrake/2step (set at 3500).

Oh, and make sure to call FTI before you buy anything else. They are a sponsor. Yank and Vig are "entry level" products. When you are making 500+, you should step up to a premium custom converter such as FTI, Chance, Coan, Circle D, ATI, etc.

You guys running these 3400-3600 converters are leaving a bunch of ET on the table. My FTI stall around 4600 and at full boost has an 800-900 shift extension (7200 to 6400). 5200 RPM is dropping you WAY out of the powerband.

I wouldn't exactally call Yank an entry level converter.
