Im building my blown 383 looking for head gaskets. My block is .040 bore, some companies are telling me to go .030 over bore for my head gasket others are saying to get .040 just the right size. Whats your input?? this is a SBC non LS block

Im running a 4.1 bore (ls9) gasket on my 4.005 piston setup. Thats what most people do.
