Default Odd screeching sound from engine bay (VIDEO)

Very odd. I created a custom turbo kit for my C6 LS2 (still not fully connected to exhaust so it's a bit noisy). Decided to run it N/A on the first drive to see how it was going, ran great. I put in 80lbs injectors and rewired my new clips, loaded the new tune.. bam, started right up. idles great.

the issue im having is when I give it some gas, itll rev up.. and when I let off there is a screeching noise.. it even does it when i turn the car off. heres the video to help!

Show us a picture of the engine bay, My CTS-V made a similar sound the first time I started it up. Turns out the passenger side valve cover breather tube would "Whistle" if I left it open. When I put a rubber hose on the breather and ran it to the catch can the whistle went away.
