Any one use a condensor from another car?

Any one use a condensor from another car? Im having a tough time with space with fans,ac condensor, hood latch and turbo. I can fit everything but I have to use pushers which I know will not be enough with summer time ac use.
I really want to fit a shrouded puller setup or the stock fans in. I think if I had a shorter ac condensor it would gain about 2 inches and allow me to do this.
Who has done it and what type of car is it from. I know im going to have to cut and weld my factory ac fittings and modify lines.

Did this on an e30. My advice go to the junkyard and start looking around. pull a stock one from the yard and then start pulling of other ones and compare. Custom lines can be made or adapters bought. Goodluck buddy
