ebay/ptk vband gaskets
ebay/ptk vband gaskets guys running the ebay hot parts did you use the gaskets that came with it for the vbands?
i there causing my vbands to not sit correctly and i had manage to get them all to work until last night i caught the crossover pipe on the road and it knocked apart the pass side vband
i want to just run it without the gasket but im worried about exhaust leaks

yea thats what i was thinking but the elcrapo egay kit came with them so i figured i should use them, but i dont think so now, i redid the pass side without it and it does not seem to be leaking(hopefully it does not under boost either) ill probably go though and take the rest of them out as well
i dont use any type of gaskets not even header or flange gaskets just use red hi temp silicone wasnt my idea but seeing a few other guys doing and some builders i decided to and not a problem at all
doh i should have known better but i thought to myself that they would not give them to me if they were not needed ?
