Thinking of running boost, looking for advice and opinions... Yoyo, heres what im running with now.
Forged LS1 decked
Diamond Pistons with 2cc notches.
ARP'd bottom and top end "bolt wise"
LG G5X3 cam
**** stock heads... milled
FAST 102mm intake
FAST rails with 47lb injectors
92mm TB
Z06 MAF
LS7 Lifters with ls2 trays.
Walboro pump
Pacesetter LTS
TSP x into dynomax bullets
Built 4l60e with 4200stall.
Stock *** rear end that refuses to die.
So im thinking of going with a D1SC and stying with the auto.
I know my cam isnt gonna mix well with a boosted application, so i wastinking of going with one of Thunder Racings blower cams, or perhaps a nice custom grind.
Next on the chopping block is my stall speed. Gonna guess 4200 is not gonna be needed since im not running the big cam anymore. 4200 was originally put in for the polluter but that engine ate **** and died.
Other questions are, should i run meth? Or stick with 91 oct?
Also im assuming ill need to pump up my injectors, should 60lbers do it?
