Default polishing impeller wheel

OK my p1sc-1 inner and outer seal's are leaking. I pulled the unit apart to replace theme and found the impeller is rather ruff. The impeller housing is cast in 2 piece and has a lot off imperfections in it. Would it be worth it to polish thees parts or can i damage the air flow.

I no the part number of the seal behind the pulley skf-11625 or cr-11625

anyone no the seal part number behind the impeller

thanks four any help

+1 you wont gain anything, there is a reason they are leaking, check it all out. or it might wipe out the new seals. Im no expert.

Depending upon the turbo you have there are a brass bushing inside the intake side that wears and can let it leak.

yea i think i will leave it alone and i will inspect all the bearing's when i have it apart. to see if there is anything obvious that might cause the seals to go bad. The outer seal is bad because the last owner used a screwdriver to remove the pulley and dented the seal frame.
