I run it, and believe it's truly great for street cars. Properly tuned, the pros far outweigh the cons.

Oh, and AlkyControl FTW.

Im planning on running one. Seems safer for the motor. Where can you get replacement parts like nozzles etc?

Cooling mist here and love it but Alky would be my 2nd choice. Controller is awesome and I've put 25+ gallons through it with NO issues.

Blown, got this right from the aem site.

AEM’s progressive controller has a unique system readiness failsafe called “Boost Safe” that monitors the entire injection system.dum If at any time the controller detects an error, the “Boost Safe” output will trigger a ground signal.dum The “Boost Safe” output will activate if there is a short, loss in continuity from a broken wire or bad connection, blown fuse, overheated pump, overheated pump driver, or a high or low voltage condition.dum The fluid tank comes fitted with a pre-installed low level switch and in the event the fluid level begins to get too low, the “Boost Safe” output will activate putting your engine into a safe mode before the system runs completely out of fluid.dum This failsafe function is an exclusive feature only available on the AEM Water/Methanol Injection System.

Default meth injection....

Not water, I had a kit in my car that had plastic water lines more at home under your kitchen counter, and i ran the lines from the trunk to the engine comparment as far as possible from the heat' yet they melted shot and about 3/4 inch wide, this micki mouse thing got to stop, if the lines are not braided and you got to mix, is not a meth kit, and does not belong in your car, methanol comes 99% pure and can be used strieght up with the real deal and will do every thing others pretend.
Must not lieve the meth in the system for prolong periods, just put an inline valve and disconect the pump side and ran water to clear the pump when car not in service, system can be purched by pressing the test button.
I made 940 wt and 800 whp on pump gas, using dual nossles, never a problem, Alkycontrol 813-265-1400, cause boost need so, and cost is about the same.

Does the alky control run of ofa boost/vac source to determine when to start injecting meth? Is it a pulse off of duty cycle or just sprays at different pressures?

The cooling mist is off of any 0-5v reference. You could trigger it off MAF,MAP,TPS or vac/boost like mine is set up.
