99 Procharged ls1 with part throttle knock
So im getting part throttle knock or false knock .
Mac headers with cats to 4 inch mufflex cat back , 160 thermo , colder plugs and a p1sc-1, 42.5 injectors and fuel pump . Dynoed 425 420 on a dyno dynamics dyno , damn low dynos .
Well no wot knock but i get it sometimes in 1st , and in 5th or 6th at low 1500 rpms going up hills. I went back to my tuner and he rode with me and nothing came up and i even lugged it .
Im monitoring it with my aeroforce . Is it possible the aerofroce is too sensitive or what . He made some changes but i still get the knock . I don't want it there . So what can i do should i do . I ordered some torco to get the octane up and see if i still get it .But i don't know what to do . Wouldn't it mean i have too much timing or not enough fuel and that's why im getting it .

How many lbs are you running? Id say the tuner needs to street tune it as well as dyno to get rid of the kr. My understanding is the the computer is seeing kr and the aeroforce is showing only what it reads. What are your ait's like at wot and part throttle? Is your bypass valve opening at half or less throttle? Whats your wot timing like and when getting kr? Need some more details.

aits , my air intake theose are a few degrees about ambient unless i do a lot of street driving
wot timing is 18 i think , it was backed off , and no wot issues
