I am waiting for my motor from AES. Order it about 5months ago. They are suppose to test run it this week. They said I should have it here this week also. Then it's off to Josh@KY Turbo. He will be making me a set of headers along with the rest of the piping. Making it so I can keep my AC. Ironically my AC stopped work the other day. He is also going to install the motor, K-member, 4l80e trans, driveline, rear end, all the suspension, fuel system, ect. Then it's off to Phil at Blue Cats to get tuned. I cant wait. I will be starting a build write up once I get the motor here and take all my stuff to Josh. Did I mention I cant wait

Well I finally got mine out to the track!! I had a few small problems with the meth not working but I did pretty good considering the meth issue and not being able to leave in boost.
It was only 1/8 mile but best MPH of the night was 100 in and out of it down the track on about 8-10lbs. Next run felt twice as fast but i pushed thru the beams on the footbrake. This week with new MT tires a meth kit and some other tuning I should be able to see some more MPH and better ET's but it felt great running the car again!!

I'm just very happy I didn't have a hiccup the entire time and I had just about as much driving as you did around 600 miles plus what we did at the beach. Gotta love quality parts and people

No where near your guy's car status but my ride's been running strong driving around here and there when i can. No track time for me this year though, the stock clutch and/or stock rear will most definitely break if i take it to the track w/ 639 ft/lbs. I'm just babying it for now till i can upgrade the easily breakable parts and getting it ready for emission time hopefully next year i'll be able to get a new clutch and rear put in and see what she can do at the track finally. Till then though this year will be just hitting up the summer cruises and car shows.

My car was down for two years. Just got it running about two weeks ago, with A/C, and have driven it 73 whole miles. It made max power on 19lbs but I've only pushed it to 11.5lbs. I think the heat takes it out on you. And I only really drive it at night when it cooler in the 80's.

I put a ton of street miles on mine lately...only a couple track passes though. I need to just put a dam cage in this thing and run it already. I'm tired of worrying about getting kicked out lol. I should be turning the boost up again a bit too. Congrats on the run David. That's moving for that amount of boost.

Jackstands FTW... this TH400 swap, suspension upgrade and new nitrous set up is really kicking my checking accounts ***. LMAO!!!
I'll be glad when I can get back out and do some racing. Not looking to good of meeting my goal of winter for gathering all of parts for the turbo set up.

Well I hit the 1/8 mile track last night and the best run of the night was right off the trailer. I ran a 7.0@102.8 with a 1.62 60' with the new MT ET streets. This was off the transbrake at 0-1# of boost. I need some suspension as the stock springs and KYB's just aren't cutting it. I should be heading to the 1/4 mile tonight. I also need a shift light as I keep short shifting it at 52-5300 or so.
