procharger finally installed

procharger finally installed just finnished it yesterday car runs good i only took it up to 4 psi,wow what a difference.i wanna take it easy until i get it tuned.(anybody know a good tuner in new jersey?) the only problems i am having the supercharger sounds like something is rubbing inside it,and my bov (turboxs)doesnt make the vooshh sounds it sound more like ch-ch-ch.other then that everything else is ok.

That noise is definately the signature of a ProCharger for ya! They sound like gravel is spinning around inside of the blower. Everyone told me it was normal.

The blow off valve souds like that too I believe......my ATI race ready is a whoosh....those style make the noise you described.....
My D-1SC sounds like that too when its lower at idle, I idle around 1000, so you don't hear it as much....

Welcome to FI. I rmemeber my first drive. Felt better than the day i drove her off the lot. What a rush! Let us know if you have any troubles. Be sure to get that thing tuned soon. Do you have edit? If so, adjust your IFR table for your new injectors and pull your timing back a few degress till you can get on a dyno.

no ,i dont have ls1 edit,i am looking for a good tuner in new jersey to have it done, i dont know anything about tunning. does anybody know a good shop,maybe one of the sponsers?
