Default return line question

im sure this has been asked a mess of times but i put my return line bung a little to low on the pan (right as i top off the oil its overflows out of bung) but i am running a scavenger pump throught 10an line... will i be fine even though its below the oil line? because i understand the concept with the gravity returns not being able to be under the line but when i have a force pushing through the weight of the oil in the line it should push right back into the pan and flow. right?

mine is set up with the oil line to the turbo coming from a fitting above the oil filter and the return dumping through a fitting in the oil fill cap
