Instrument cluster not working?

Instrument cluster not working? I pulled out my gauge cluster a couple months back and just put it back in about a week ago. I was having other issues with the car so this was put on the back burner. All my other issues are sorted, so now I need to get the cluster working again.
Here are my symptoms:
No SES, Security, ABS, etc lights.
Backlighting still works.
When I first turn my kill switch to activate the power, the gauge cluster brings the needles on all gauges to the mid point, clicks, then drops. This only happens when I remove power from the battery and return it. Doesnt occur on when going from off to key on.
Im having a hard time finding a diagram saying which wire goes where, but I have a sneaking suspicion that this somehow goes back to my BCM, which Ive been having some issues with.
Can anyone provide me with some sort of diagram/schematic or advice?
