Boost gauge t-fitting question
Boost gauge t-fitting question Bought a Glowshift boost gauge and went to hook it up the other day. Noticed that the t-fitting they provided that I was going to use to splice into the brake booster line is way too small. Can't clamp the booster hose tight enough to secure it to the t-fitting. Anyone else with a Glowshift gauge have this problem and how did you solve it? Is there some sort of t-fitting that is a different size on one end?
FYI for anyone else looking, the brake booster line is a 5/8" and the vacuum line that Glowshift supplies is 1/8". So find a t-fitting with 2 5/8" sides and one 1/8" side.

We went to ace and pieced it together with brass fittings. Wasn't the cheapest solution, but we knew it would work. If you have more things to reference(wastegate, bOv, Hobbs switch etc) you might want to look at getting a vacuum manifold and hooking that up from tge brake booster. Just a thought.
