I have the internals from a 6.0 turbo motor, im going to put them in a lsx block and hopefully have a more stable 25psi of boost s91 setup. would it be worth selling the 396cu rod/piston/crank setup and going with a 427cu or larger assembly? thanks for the help.

It depends on the size of the exhaust on the turbo. What is the A/R and is it a T4 or T6 flange?
I would keep the 396 C.I. with the size turbo you have. A 427 or larger would probably end up choking the turbo from making the most power possible on a higher boost setting especially at 25psi. You probably would stop seeing positive results from turning the boost up around 22-23 psi with a 427 with that turbo. Now if it is a T6 with a big A/R housing then you may be able to get away with a 427 C.I. motor.
Drive pressure will be your number one enemy with larger than 400 c.i.
