Those of you with FMIC that removed "bumper support"
Those of you with FMIC that removed "bumper support" I have a question for those of you with front mount intercoolers that removed the "impact foam" and/or the cross brace.
I know some people have used the Burkhart support/reinforcement pieces to give the front bumper cover some "rigidity", but I'm not using one. My intercooler bracket doesn't offer the bumper cover any support, so I was wondering if anybody had issues with their bumper cover being too flexible and get damaged by leaning into it, bumping into/falling into it, etc.
I'm just thinking about some shmuck at a car show leaning in too far, me pressing too hard while detailing, bump into it accidentally, etc.
