this is what my YSi setup looks like in my camaro i have a ultra z hood and it fits under that but i dont think it will work on a stock hood...IMO if i had a stock hood i'd just cut that ****** but thats just me......oh also that motor was a stock ls1 with head studs arp rod bolts and a tsp 224/224 cam milled 317 heads and made 600RWHP on a mustang dyno with 12 deg of timing and stopping at 6krpm there was TONS of room to expand but we wanted it to last on the stock internals for a little bit.

it ran really good and was extremely streetable. right now i'm rebuilding the motor where it can handle whatever boost and so i can spin it to 7.2krpm i see that carm making 650 plus if not more depending on what RPM i spin the blower to. i think this should be decent for a daily driver.

I found a f1a procharger for sale but it is off a mustang. The guy says it has reverse rotation. If that is the case will it fit on our cars with an asters bracket? Because as long is it is setup to spin the correct way i'd assume everything else would be the same. Is there anyway to verify they are reverse rotation? I'm guessing the angle of the fins on the impeller maybe???
other thing i wasn't sure about is if i make a fmic setup, what do you use to hold the top of the radiator? is there a plate i can get to do this or will i need to build my own bracket?
thanks for all the help guys.
