Sorry for the STS thread but its back
Increasing the size of my fuel lines isn't a bad thing to do with a goal for 500-550RWHP but not a necessary mod with a Walbro 255lph pump and 60lb injectors but what about increasing the size with a small stop before the fuel rails...What if I run my fuel line into the A2W intercooler before reaching the fuel rails? The A2W intercoolers offered by frozenboost.com say they are safe up to 70PSI and probably higher but that is the rating they give.
This eliminates an extra pump, oil intercooler, and there is constantly new fluid going through the cooler so temps are very consistent. Fuel will not freeze in AR and even if it did I can put additives in it so I don't need to worry about that, the connections on the cooler are 1/2 NPT which I would think would be big enough for what I want.
The biggest question here is if fuel and copper is a problem...I read a few places that fuel will work very well inside copper and haven't seen anything to say different.
Second question is if the actual size of the lines inside the cooler are going to allow enough flow.
Please I would like to hear every side to this and hopefully zombie or Longrange4u will jump in, I'll pm them real quick and see if they will jump in this thread.
Thanks guys.

ChevyAllTheWay- You already contacted me about the kit. For the past few weeks of you trying to figure out how to make one... you could've already been up and running making 500rwhp. If you are truly asking about cooling down your fuel.... save yourself the time/$/energy and just run it normally and worry about your shortblock holding the power. Get a quality tune and be done with it.
. I'm not sure if you typed it wrong or misunderstood me, I'm talking about using the fuel to cool down intake temps using a water to air intercooler.I looked at a few kits and decided that there is too many things that I want done my way in order for me to be happy. You offer is good and I'm sure someone will take you up on it soon, good luck.
