what kind of a local shop would be bale to bead roll?, whats ur cost modular turbo? ill be plumbing my D1SC here in a few weeks and should probably go ahead and bead roll mine


btw, im using the CXracing kit. in ebay search "CXRacing 4" Intercooler Miata" they are $255 shipped.

although not as nice as machine rolled, you can make an aluminum pipe bead roller for $5 out of some wire crimpers

Explain? For only Runnin 8 #s of boost that'd be plenty of reenforcement.

make some harbor freight wire crimpers look like this with a grinder



then just work it around the end of the pipe. after a couple scrap attempts it works pretty good
