How much is this LS2 long block worth? Long block (no covers sensors ext)

Engine has about 3,000 miles on it. After it comes back from the machine shop (after being checked)..if its in good shape what would this long block be worth? I either need new bearings or a new oil pressure sensor.

I have been seeing boost shortblocks with stock blocks going for between 3-4000 in the for sale section.
AES has one in the for sale section just like yours but they don't state if its iron or aluminum for 3 grand.
