Yeah there's no way you'll max out the 60's on 8-10. I see people regularly run 42 lb'ers with 8 PSI lol. But what's the deal with your choice of fuel pump if you don't mind me asking? A single, cheap Walbro 255 should sufficiently meet your needs, though 10 PSI seems a little hairy since the pump only supports ~550-600 hp IIRC

Well, I've run out of injector at 14.5psi and I'm running the mototron 60's. It was never my intention to make this much boost, but I kind of guessed at my pulley size due to the unknowns of my setup.

I just need to make sure I don't shift above 6100-6300 rpms.

Mystic, you're going to love running boost, it's so addictive. Even just tooling around, there's so much power everywhere in the power band. I'm considering dropping back down to 3.42 gears instead of the 3.73s I have since first and second are absolutely useless with anything more than half throttle. As soon as I roll into the throttle enough to close the bypass valve, the tires just go up in smoke. It's kind of fun actually.

I have a single walbro 255, I was told it wasnt enough, and that this new 340 was a good unit. So figured we would give it a shot.

You'll get tired of filling bottles. N20 is getting more expensive. Their a sponsor on here, and you can find them in the fueling section. I got my new injectors from them for a dam good price. You'll be fine with 60's....I haven't even maxed mine yet and I'm over 700rwhp. Unless your very serious about N20....most guys end up switching over to the boost side.

He's right, I've seen countless guys on here make the switch from N20 to boost and never once look back.

My recommendation now is too ditch the Bosch pump and buy one more Walbro 255, then rig them to have dual Walbros in tank. It'll cost you the same or less as that Bosch pump and it can support a LOT of horsepower down the road for when you decide to crank up the boost and make more power one day.

im only doing a single walbro with a boost referenced FPR and 60lb'rs. From my research that will be fine for 8-10psi. Now its never a bad to plan and do dual pumps now but i know if i have the fuel to push more ill do it so its kind of my safety net. i will be running meth too though

I would seriously do 2 pumps. Their cheap enough and easy to install. On my stock D1SC combo I had twin walbro GS-340's running off a Y block and right into the stock feed and used the stock power wiring as well. Its real easy to set them up your self and the safety gained is worth it...you won't have to worry about dropping pressure.

I'm with Blue still. I can't comment with authority because I've never even heard of the Bosch pump being used before, but that's also what worries me. I have never heard of that pump, ever. I do however, see the majority of Procharged guys on here using Dual Walbros though and praising the setup. It's a tried and true method. I'm not trying to sound like I have the mentality of "Most people do it so you should too" but something like this is kinda important, and the dual Walbros is probably cheaper and easier for you to rig up than taking out your current pump and replacing it with a new one
