Default Lastls1-Speed Inc at LSX shoot out.

Race was great, tons of cars! Weather was perfect, set some new personal best. Mph and et. With the Speed Inc crew we came in second place. We ran a 7.53 to their 7.38, congrats to Mike Brown nad the Ohio crew!

Thanks again to the Speed Inc cew and Eric @ Midwest Chassis. PSJ of course came down with me again! Mad fun with him. LOL Thanks agin. Bill and Dan too, thanks for the quick parts run!!!!!! Great times. Just don't ask about the trans-converter issues.

Thanks Phil Thomas!!!

Best pass was a 7.52 best mph 194.9

We made three 7.5x passes out of 5. Had to about one becasue the car wouldn't shift and had to pedal one due to soft burnout (trying to milk trans and converter).

Truck broke down on the way home, didn't get home until 6am. Bla

Thanks!

We were keeping it quiet but we were running wounded, on the very first test pass I shifted into second gear and the shift light never came off. Aborted run. When I raced Brian I really went up to the line for a possible red light, didn't think it was going to go down. When I raced Meeks he all most caught me. When I went off the t brake it went to 8300 and never came down, I got out of the throttle twice to let the converter catch up but it didn't. I have all the logs saved, I'll send them to Phil and he can show you. You will crack up!

Btw, Phill is great and CRAZY! If the trans-converter was up to par I was more than willing to go with his madness!! LOL

Good times. We ran over to Oreillys and got a case of their type F, thank you Onam you were very helpful lol.

I bet a lot of folks who are building cars would seriously consider twins over a single if they saw how much easier the car is to build boost on the line, and how much easier it is on the trans.

Don't get my wrong, I don't think I would have been much faster on those runs unless I applied more power to it. I don't like excuses. I was very happy to make it as fas as I did. I thought we were done after the first test pass. I will let every know what I find wrong. Mike Brown had his car running well, I just didn't have enough for him this time.

Big congrats to the Speed Inc team on a well deserved runner-up and new pb's. The car was consistent and fast considering the circumstances, who woulda thought... Lots of potential left and with a bit of massaging on the car and powertrain this combo is gonna be a player for sure!

Glad to be a part of the recent success considering where you were at 5 weeks ago, this thing is gonna be alot of fun come next season!

Eric you really helped out bigtime at LS Fest, Andy's car wasn't working 100-200 feet out and once that was fixed he's been able to work the car down from a best of 7.94 last to his current best of 7.52... That's what I'm talking about! Too bad the car can't make your rental, that would be awesome.
