We made three 7.5x passes out of 5. Had to about one becasue the car wouldn't shift and had to pedal one due to soft burnout (trying to milk trans and converter).
Truck broke down on the way home, didn't get home until 6am. Bla

We were keeping it quiet but we were running wounded, on the very first test pass I shifted into second gear and the shift light never came off. Aborted run. When I raced Brian I really went up to the line for a possible red light, didn't think it was going to go down. When I raced Meeks he all most caught me. When I went off the t brake it went to 8300 and never came down, I got out of the throttle twice to let the converter catch up but it didn't. I have all the logs saved, I'll send them to Phil and he can show you. You will crack up!
Btw, Phill is great and CRAZY! If the trans-converter was up to par I was more than willing to go with his madness!!
LOL I bet a lot of folks who are building cars would seriously consider twins over a single if they saw how much easier the car is to build boost on the line, and how much easier it is on the trans.
