Turbo and emissions?

Turbo and emissions? I have a 384 with a cam that is on the edge of emissions as it is.
What would adding an STS setup do to emissions?
Do I need to swap for a smaller cam?

I should have explained the setup a little more.
The car does have cats and no headers as per emissions laws. The duration is 226/230 117+1 lsa 6* overlap to pass emissions in the 384 stroker (Patrick G grind). 8.17 DCR 10.86 total compression. Obviously, it isn't built for a lot of boost, but that isn't what I'm looking for. If I could tack on 100-150 extra horsepower, I would be absolutely thrilled.
