Boost Leaks at Intake Manifold Gaskets

Boost Leaks at Intake Manifold Gaskets Has anyone had any experience with this on a supercharged car? What were the symptoms? Dyno graphs by chance? Did the car still show correct boost with some leaks in this area?
Here is the run down of my problem...
2004 C5 Z06 w/ A&A kit with a 3.8 pulley
SD Tune with HPtuners (2 bar sensor mounted in the stock location)
Methanol Injection
Cylinders/Pistons are OKAY.
We are seeing 10psi at redline at the SD sensor and boost gauge. The car is down on horsepower (100+ down) and will except 20 degrees of timing w/ methanol injection. A&A says we should be at 13 degrees w/out methanol injection.
I pulled the manifold during the kit install, to install the 2 bar SD sensor. During this I DID NOT put in new gaskets. However, since my last tuning session (when we believed this might be the problem), I installed new gaskets. The originals were very flat.

Test for a leak, take the tube off the outlet of the intercooler and get a pvc cap grimace hardware store that fits in the rubber coupler and drill and screw in an air fitting with a gauge on it. Wire your tb open and pressurize the system with just a few pounds and check for leaks. Be careful not to over do it with the pressure though
