It is specially formulated to give you a little bit of an octane boost to help keep knock down and to aid in air temp. One could use it for some extra safety. Such as, tune your car for the max boost that you can run safely on pump gas. Then use it for that just in case your car hiccup/denination that might happen. Using it for that so it don't happen or some use it to help with that extra pound of boost or 2. In this case you want to make sure you don't run out in a run with someone. You run out in a run with someone you could hurt your motor. So don't forget to check it before a race!

I gotcha man. So I should stock pile that devil stuff
?1. Any ballpark ideas on how long an "X" amount tank last?
(boost goal is 8-10 PSI. L98 motor/w F.I.R.S.T inj-syt)
2. Should I get a whole METH kit, or just everything minus the tank and just you my wiper tank?

Don't buy that other "stuff". Find a place that sells race fuel like a racing shop or fuel depot. If they carry C16 or other race fuel they will 9/10 have methanol. I either used VP methanol or World Wide Racing Fuels Methanol. Both are about 25-30 bucks for a 5 gallon pail and is WAY higher in octane than that other "stuff".
