The only plug wires that seem to work good in these cars are the Magnacore, firecore 50 and stock. We had problems like this in the past with all different kinds of aftermarket electronics on the LS engines.

I pulled the plugs and wired and found 2 and 4 where burnt and grounding out. I need to build another custom set but I need 90* boots. The ones I have now are straight and caused 2 wires to touch the headers.
