I just bought a 6.0 out of a 3/4 ton 2002 chevy that has 317 heads. Whats the best route for cheap stock components without tearing into the longblock. It will have a 228/230 cam w 116 lsa. How much power out of cheap single turbo? What size would be best?

From my research you can push 700 rwhp, with proper things in place. I'd do either arp head studs or head bolts with ls9 gaskets. My set up will be similar when complete. Ill be running the on3 t76 but I'm thinking of going with a Borg Warner s475 on 10-15lbs.depends on what your goals are and plans. With those we can give you a better idea

There is one guy in the sticky above who claims 822whp (I think) out of a stock block 6.0 and has put over 30k miles on it since it was boosted.
There are others who have blown them up with as little as 500whp.
