t76 vs s475

Hi everyone im trying to figure out what turbo to go with. Im trying to build a street monster. I have a completely stock lq4 with prc springs and retainers, and asp rod bolts. I was looking at either a t76 with a 96 a/r or a bw s475 83mm with 1.10 a/r. I want something that can get me 600whp with the quickest spool. Im looking for minimal lag since its a street car and want to be able to beat a couple of cars in my town. Car is a 90 a mustang that will weight in at about 2800lbsto with me in it.

i will say the t76 because i've been doing some research on it as well,and seems to be the way to go for that kind of power goal,im kinda on the same boat as well
