What heads would be the best for a forged 370 6.0L with a GT47-88mm ? Grudge car and some street action .

Best? - Probably the most expensive ones you can buy...lol. You need to answer these before anyone can give you a real answer.
1. How much you wanna spend?
2. What HP/how fast you looking to go?

4k is my budget . Not worried about dyno numbers . Goal is to run 8.80-9.0's.

How much does the car weigh and how much boost can the shortblock take? It better have some decent internals.

I'm building a setup close to yours and I talked with Tony Mamo from AFR and he recommended and AFR 230 with a hollow intake valve and his own hand portwork with upgraded 8019 springs. To top it off all titanium keepers and retainers. He quoted us $3850 for the heads.

You are going to need something with a decent deck. AFR or TFS would be my choice. If you don't have an intake yet you could look into PRC or Mast rectangular port heads. Allpro makes a good head too.

Allpro's would be the best bet but over the 4k budget with good hardware. I would opt. for the TFS heads and spend the extra coin on good valves and valve springs/hardware.

I think 750-800 wheel on 15 pounds is doable, and maybe 950ish on 20+ pounds. Im thinking low low 9s is doable for me with a transbrake th400. Im also running double adjustable coil overs all the way around.

I would prefer a set of AFRs or darts. Whatever I find good deal on.
Anything with the thickest deck available

The AFR 230's are nice. Not so sure that you have to go all out with them either. I'd say that an out of the box set with the upgraded springs would be plenty good. I'd move up to the 245's before spending money on additional port work or fancy hardware.

The TFS heads wont work with the stock rockers so you have to add the cost of aftermarket rockers to that decision.

Mast has a few badass options but you'll need a matching intake. Not sure if you already had one.

SAVE YOUR MONEY.

IF your car is built right and leaves right, you will run your 8.80s on stock, untouched heads, and you'll do it on less than 18 pounds of boost.

and, at that boost level you are not going to be lifting the heads if you know what you are doing tuning wise

What ever heads I choose to get , will a solid roller cam help ? Or even a 50 shot . I'm wanting to get everything I can get out of the 370 with 88mm .
