Default Not flipping the manifolds?

I own a 2004 Mustang and we don't do well with flipped manifolds. So instead of fabbing custom manifolds, I had a kit built using my stock, rear-facing manifolds. Of course it isn't as efficient as a forward-facing manifold system because of the length of the hotside, but it did work well for me.

Anyways, the 4.6 is gone and is being replaced with a 6.0. Do you think I can use my existing kit (after modifying the flanges to the 3-bolt ones, swapping off the T4 for a T6) on the 6.0? I'm worried about it clearing the TH400 and what not. Is the 6.0 physically longer or wider than my 4.6? This system was designed around a road race 7qt Canton pan and a T56 with a scattershield.

Here are some pictures:

Lol yea it's cool and it would let me keep any and all accessories (if I want to do that), but i'm wondering if it'll even fit. I guess if it doesn't sell by the time the 6.0 gets here, I can just mock it up.

I dont think the 6.0 manifolds will mate right up with the flanges on the kit. I think the kit itself will work but you may just have to redo the angles/position of the flanges on the hotside to meet with where the 6.0 manifolds exit
