PT76gts to small?
I'm new to the turbo stuff and have tried reading as much as my brain can handle. So my question is, will a 76 turbo be to small for a stock cube lq4? I have added ARP studs, forged rods and pistons at 9.1 comp, WCCH L92's, LS3 intake, no cam yet. I plan on just doing the single front turbo with the truck manifolds.
I want to have it as a street(pump gas) and strip(meth/c16) car. I will have it hooked up to a 4l80 and rear will be replaced when it brakes.
Thanks for any info or suggestions
What cam and stall they are using also
Thanks Guys
Do you already have the turbo, or are you just looking for one you like the sound of? BW's billet wheel 76mm T4 turbo would be a great choice if you want to stay T4 due to engine bay size restraints. It can come with a 87mm or 92mm turbine wheel compared to the 75mm on the precision and is the same price usually as the pt7675.
Mine works good on my 370. Only had it out once to the track tuning it.. but it spools right now and works great. Based on the initial runs with it, breaking into the 8's with it is not out of the question. Drives like a normal car. vids in sig.

I will have to upgrade the 10bolt, but for now I want to get the turbo/motor/trans done.
Im at almost 5,000ft so that will hurt my times but really want to have fun driving the car again(been 4yrs)
