I made my setup. I extended the standoffs for the J-bracket to be able to run the cog pulley, made an idler/tensioner pulley with sides on it to keep the cog belt in place, bought the ATI Super Pulley (sprag), bought a cog crank pulley from Procharger, and made/added additional bracing to keep the J-bracket from flexing.

Do you have any pictures of your setup? I'm going to need to either work with Chris and setup a 10rib bracket or try to design something a long the lines of your cog setup.

Yeah mine was one of the first designs as well, before they were available to everyone etc... I don't think he changed much, just the stationary idler positions with more adj. Ofcoure he had to get retainers in all the pullies which he did at his own expense etc... So like I said great guy to deal with.

Not that I'm having issues with mine, but is there a possibility of finding a spring loaded tensioner with a higher rate of tension for those guys running the F-series of blowers? Might be something to look into.

Your setup looks fast very similar to the APP kit.

I have a lot less space between the rad and the blower though. I have the F-body hat and it hardly fits. I see you obviously trimmed the support but did you move your rad forward?
