need some questions answered
need some questions answered alright guys i am about to finish my rear mount build in the next month.got a few questions i could use some clarifaction on.car is a 98 z28 m6 with a stock lq4 long block and a ten bolt.im shooting for around 600rwhp for now.i will be running a on3 t76 with a 1.0 ar,tial 38mm wg on 91 octane pump.maybe up to 15 psi at times.
1. will a single walbro 400lph hp pump be enough fuel?im assuming so since twin 255lph will support 1000hp.
2.with a front mount ic will water meth be needed for my goals? i can see at higher boost levels needing it but at 600 hp?
3.can i get away with stock valve springs? or should i plan on at least getting some pac1218 springs?
4.and lastly i can think of would it be a good idea to run a 160degree t stat?
i can see some reasons to,but car is a DD in the pnw and driven in the winter.
