What size rod are you using for the radiator and intercooler supports?

Some 1/2" some 3/8" its real strong.

Jesus those welds look awesome.....I'm so jealous, I hope someday I can weld that good. Now to go practice ALOT more

LOL Welding **** thats great. Ya I def couldnt of done anything like this for fab work and i sure didnt want to buy a pre made kit from somewhere. This is all custom. We are looking into opening a shop this Spring

Yeah, that is some nice work. One day my tig welds will look that consistent.

Are those all freehand or does he have some kind of jig to slowly rotate the pipes?

Ya the angles on them seem to be right where they should and the height off the ground is nice. Glad i went with the Tial MVS gates they are the shortest i could find and a damn good product

You ever need anything welded send it on over. We are looking into starting something up this spring. He didnt even use any amperage control, no foot pedal or reostat on the butt welds!

Twin Tial MVS 38mm Gates




Made a little jig. All welds done freehand he didn't even use any amperage control, no foot pedal or reostat on the butt welds










Broke the V Band So welded it back together LOL
