A few 5.3 questions

A few 5.3 questions I'm looking to get a 2004 5.3 out of an avalanche, what I'm wondering is-
1-Is this the low comp. motor?
2-Should I use the 5.3 heads, or my Dart 225 cc-62 cc heads, or I have the
ls1 heads that are p&ped with 2.02-1.60 valves?
3-The stock 5.3 cam, stock ls1 cam, comp 224-581 ona 112 lsa, or tsp 233-
239/ 598-603 on a112 lsa?
I have all this laying around, so I might not have to buy as much. This is a frount mount mpt70. Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated. Thanks
