E85 with 83# injectors and meth
#2
I am going to say no... I am running twin 62's and 160lbs injectors at 60lbs fuel pressure. You might be able to get away with 96's but it would probably be 100% duty cycle. Not good if it fails. I would say 120lb injectors minimum if using E85 and I would use two fuel pumps. I use two A1000's. The second one kicks on at 4 psi of boost. I only have 650 to the wheels.

I made 811 on 75psi on 80lbs siemens at 105% idc. So 750-780hp your be at 100%idc.. that was ith a 88mm turbo on a 6.0.
Those new high impedance 160lbers are sick, grab 1000bucks and ge those.

Generally avoid meth injection with e85. There is little to no benefit of running meth as a charge cooler as e85 does just that. Just another system to fail and leave you broken down. Sell your 80s and get the right injector and pump(s).
I've been from 120s to 160s to 210s and now 250# injectors on my setup. I'm a believer in "over building" the fuel system as it's the engine's life line and I don't want a system that's running on the ragged edge at max power. You'd be asking for a melted piston or broken ringland.

For the money, would it be ok th run 160's (high impedance) with a magnafuel 4303? Also, is a -8 big enough for a feed line to the y block? (-8 from and back to tank) Is on -8 vent big enough?

The 4303 and 160s would be fine. I'd recommend at least a 10an feed and a 12an would be better so that your fuel system would be ready to support more power in the future should you choose it. 8an vent will be fine.
