Turbo Silverado Build Tips?

Looking into building a Turbo Silverado possibly... It would not be my 1st venture into the Turbo world as I do have a single front mount truck manifold build under my belt from my 98 SS. Im looking for any tips, advice, or otherwise good info on what it takes to fab up a turbo kit on say an 05 Silverado...

Things to be aware of?

Things to overcome?

Ways to make sure AC is retained?

4.8 vs 5.3?

etc etc.

There is a company that makes the complete kits that keeps a/c and uses an ebay fmic. I would just kinda copy their log style mani thats on the pass side and go from there. I believe the "Parish" guy has this same style kit on his turbo 03 z71 silverado. Gl.
