Whats the best PCM for boost?

I'm new to boosted motors and have a few questions that I would appreciate your opinions on.

Whats the best PCM for a 5.3 running max 15psi of boost? Is 58X better than 24X? Electronic throttle body or cable?

im going out on a limb here and will say, at that level, their is no appreciable difference.

Stock computers, and reluctors 24 or 58x have been used with great success to far more power then a 5.3 on 15lbs will make....
