Default which will live longer?

This is just a theoretical question. Right now all i have is the motor, the rest is just speculation and planning.

Which combo will live longer and run better times at the track? I couldn't care much less about max power or driveability.

A. A 2007 5.3 with stock heads 706, stock cam, truck intake, and a stock DBC throttle body running a s475 1.1ar with enough boost to run 9.50 1/4 miles

or

B. same motor, with an aftermarket cam (tu1), vic Jr, 4150 tb with the same turbo, that should make a little better power at less psi (correct me if im wrong)

for both setups, assume a 3500lb race-weight g-body, 3.08 gear 12 bolt, th400 with good quality 4k stall ran on e85. Both combos shifted at 6500 with 6800 redline.

I guess what I'm asking is will a given motor last longer with a better flowing intake and cam with less PSI, or stock ****, with more PSI to get the numbers I'm after?

Stock blocks don't last long on high boost, so I would guess aftermarket **** being that it's more efficient.

It (less boost) also dosent create as much heat, thats what usually kills stockers anyways.

That's what I was thinkin. I think that with a decent cam and intake so that I can run the number at a decent boost level it can be a reliable motor. Anyone else have any opinions on the potential combo, or the original question? I know it's a fairly cheap, common, and proven setup. How high would i heve to crank the s475 to pull a 9.50?
