Upgrade rod bolts or not
the only time you need to change the rod bolts is if you plan on spinning it pretty high. if you are going to hang around a 6krpm redline, then sell them. if you are spinning closer to 7krpm then change them.
Don't be lazy and cut corners/pinch pennies man. Its the little things that get you and end up costing you in the end. Been there done that. Just remember "Half assed equals half fast!"
