Homebrew Alt. Relocation Idea..... Had this for an idea to relocate the alt., just wanted to post some pics to see what you guys think!
Got this idea from Denmah and a couple of other's that posted pics of there homebrew setups, to me it seems like it would work pretty well.....
Everything seems to line up as far as waterpump/alt./crank pulley's, just wondering if i would have belt throwing issues or any other issues for that matter?

I considered bolting the alt to the waterpump tensioner spot. But it looked like it was going to be about 1 rib off. I was considering running a 5 or 4 rib belt. I went ahead and cut my stock bracket like tallytransam. Hoping it's easy to line up.
I ran mine like that before and didn't have much luck. I would toss and shread belts. I ended up buying the modualr turbo bracket then later selling that to go back to an alternator in the stock location.
