LS3 TT questions....
LS3 TT questions.... I have a G8 GXP with an LS3 TT. The motor is stock besides the turbos. The turbos are precision 6265 billet/BB hung off factory exhaust manifolds. I run 3" downpipes that transition to 2.5" exhausts on both sides into an X muffler then out the back. I'm 38mm MVS wastegates with 5psi springs. The wastegates dump to the atmosphere. I'm at 5 psi now but plan to crank up to 10 soon.
The car is at 554whp/573tq and has run a best of 11.23@125.26 with a 1.8 60
I have 3 questions:
1. Is my exhaust too small?
2. I run NGK TR6...what gap should i run?
3. Why am I falling out of boost when I'm shifting gears at the track? Haven't really noticed this happening on the street.
