Default Need to add a crank pin?

My crank shaft is keyed. It is a twin turbo so do I need to bother pinning the crank on top of the key?

You do not require either a pin or key. There is no additional loadings on the crank pulley with a turbo setup.

Crank is keyed and It is a ATI balancer. I figured not needed as there is no extra load.

Your fine, pinning is basically a key way but its round and you can do it with the engine in the car. Also like Stevieturbo said the turbo doesn't load the crank pully like a blower.
