how much boost should i expect to make?

Default how much boost should i expect to make?

Here is my setup, just wondering why im only making 2lbs of boost?

D1sc with 4.25" pulley
6.00" crank pulley
3" piping
FMIC
Tial 50mm w/ white spring
Stainless works long tubes, off road y and slp loudmouth II
Stock heads, intake, tb, pistons and rods
Comp Cam 232/238 .602/.605 lsa115 with all upgraded valvetrain
No maf or rear O2's, mail order tuned to speed density by frost
60lb inj with 255 walbro and hotwire kit
spec stage 3 plus clutch with flywheel

I had the blower checked by procharger and its perfect and the bov seems good. There are no leaks. All vacuum sources are also correct and im not getting blow through anywhere Do i just need a smaller blower pulley to make 8lbs because I have heard of people loosing boost due to high flow exhausts, cams and larger front mounts??

What size is the motor? And you could have a boost leak and not know it. Check the couplers on the IC piping and what not.

I know a guy on a 408 with a D1 w/ the smallest pulley was only seeing 5LBS and made 600whp because the blower was too small and can only flow so much air even when you spin the blower hard.

yeah... boost leak is where I would start. My friend had a cracked intercooler and didn't know it, would only see 5psi when it was suppose to 14psi. But your also running it off a BOV instead of a bypass valve?? BOV could be leaking, you running a wastegate or anything else?

no just a bov which i was told is the same as running a vent to atmosphere bypass valve

Usually BOV = turbo setups only.
Only IF is you are running a 2 port BOV and its hooked up correctly to 'act like' a bypass/surge valve...
a bypass valve is always open when vacuum is present (light throttle / idle) and closes as you mash on it.
A normal BOV is closed and only opens at a certain boost level, usually when you lift off the throttle, meant for turbos.
again, unless you have a two port BOV, hooked up to stay open when idling.
